Delivery only in the dispatch by DHL or DPD. Unfortunately, a self collection of the product is not possible. 

Payment methods

Paypal

For payment you need a Paypal account. In case you do not have a Paypal account or you do not want to register, you can conveniently pay by credit card or direct debit via the PayPal guest access.  After completing your order, you will be securely redirected to the Paypal site via SSL. Please note that your preferred delivery address must also be stored in your Paypal account as the delivery address. 

PayPal Express / PayPal Pay Later 

For the payment you need a Paypal account. By paying via Paypal Express, you will be redirected directly from the shopping cart page to the Paypal payment page. The address data will be transferred from Paypal to the shop. With Paypal Pay Later you agree on a payment term or a later debit date with Paypal. Please note that your delivery address must also be entered in your Paypal account as the delivery address. 

Credit card (PayPal Checkout)

Payments by credit card are processed by PayPal. A PayPal customer account is not necessary. You can make your credit card payment with a Visa, Maestro or MasterCard. Your credit card details are processed via a secure SSL connection. When paying with MasterCard or Visa, an additional authentication is necessary (3D-Secure procedure Verified by Visa | MasterCard SecureCode). Please note that the invoice amount will be debited immediately after the order is completed, regardless of the availability of goods.

Apple Pay (Mollie)

With Apple Pay you can pay quickly and securely using your iPhone, iPad or Mac. This requires a compatible Apple device with a card stored in the Wallet app. Please note that Apple Pay is only displayed on supported Apple devices – for example on the iPhone or on a Mac using the Safari browser. On other devices or browsers this payment method is not available. The payment is confirmed via Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Your card details are not transmitted to us, but are processed in encrypted form. The payment is processed by our payment service provider Mollie.

Purchase on account (PayPal Checkout)

The purchase on account is processed by Ratepay/PayPal.

PLEASE NOTE

Ratepay carries out an identity and credit check on the customer on its own behalf as soon as the customer selects "Purchase on account". If Ratepay decides that a customer does not qualify for "purchase on account", a rejection message will be displayed to the customer immediately. In this case, no Ratepay invoice contract will be concluded. The customer will be returned to the merchant's payment page.

Klarna (Mollie)

With Klarna, flexible payment options are available to you – depending on availability, e.g. invoice or instalment purchase. During the order process you will be redirected to the secure Klarna payment page, where you select your preferred payment option. The payment is processed by our payment service provider Mollie.

PLEASE NOTE

Klarna carries out an identity and credit check on the customer on its own behalf. If the selected payment option cannot be offered, this will be displayed to you during the order process and you can choose an alternative payment method.

SEPA direct debit (PayPal Checkout)

Payments by SEPA direct debit are processed by PayPal.

For payment by SEPA direct debit mandate, it is necessary to store the bank account in the PayPal profile. It is not necessary to have a credit card with an expiry date or to top up the PayPal account.
